Have u accepted Aelita as ur lord and savior

kidding aside, this is basically a screenshot redraw of when Aelita first finds out she has wings! Technically she was in the desert sector when this happened, but the ice sector is a better backdrop for those beautiful, beautiful wings
At this point she's a weird mix of ballerina/elf/princess/angel and I just love it

I also think the angel wings thing adds a nice touch to her whole spirituality thing too? Like in season 1 she had her mystical connection to Lyoko and when she used her Creativity she would kneel and put her hands together like she was praying. On earth she was an outsider who learned how to fit into human life but still kept connected to her unique past. She was the key to saving the world from the spawn of evil that is XANA,  plus in the season 2 finale she 'died' only for her father (the Creator of Lyoko) to bring her back to life (though this parallel is a little weaker since she didn't sacrifice herself, she was just caught) . And then in season 4 her wings really hammered in the angel/demon contrast she had going on with XANA William. It's an extra dimension to her character that I find really intriguing. 

Anyway I'm going to try to move away from screenshot redraws/ static images and try to do more 'challenging' poses and compositions in the future so. stay tuned
